Make a Wish: The 11:11 Phenomenon

But why do people make a wish at 11:11?

I find it's a great moment to pause and increase the awareness of what's going on in present - or setting a good intention?

I first started seeing 1111 when I decided to become a more positive person. Since I was positive and hopeful, I would see the number all the time. When I dropped back into despair, the numbers stopped appearing.

However, I just realized this 11:11 on my fitbit from 2019 and definitely make a wish today :-)
